What needs to be worked on?
Honestly, I need to have a more balanced diet. Fruits and vegetables here I come.
Thanks to LAC Nutri Green, at least I am now doing justice to my diet. While it's hard to start initially, I am slowly getting used to its seaweed like taste. It's not nice at all but oh well, must think of my health coz I'm not getting younger by the day. And thanks to a friend who recommended it to me and Fins for the 30% discount!
A great start at work today and surrounded by lovely colleagues. James Blunt and Dido are my 2 best companions at work. At least they entertained me and and it helped that Idreene sang the chorus along with me. Yes that much needed entertainment! |

Itulah dia... kalau tak, boleh kita nyanyi bersama-sama. Kalau si James Blunt tu dtg Spore pun dah senang sebab dah ada back up vocals!
