| My Healing Process |
I couldn't focus on work today and had to visit the doctor after my lunch break.
He gave me oral medication and some cream and requested that I come again in 10 days' time for a review. I left the clinic feeling so relieved and told myself that I need to get a grip on myself and heal.
I need to thank Wati for accompanying me to the doctor and making oursleves looked like small kids playing with the weighing machine at the clinic ;-)
Today, I discovered that we all had something in common. Thanks to the hot weather, dustmites and emotional stress dawned upon us. |
