| Love - Love Story |
Once upon a time, there was an island where all the feelings live: Happiness, Sadness, Love etc. One day it was announced to Feelings that the island would sink so all repaired their boats and left.
When the island was almost sinking, Love asked for help. Richness was passing by in a grand boat when Love asked for help. Richness refused saying that there was Envy and Jealousy in the boat and there was no place for Love.
Vanity passed by in a beautiful vessel and once again, Love asked for help.
"I can't help you Love. You are wet and you may damage my boat," exclaimed Vanity.
As Sadness closed by, love turned to him. But Sadness was too sad and he wanted to be by himself.
Suddenly, there was a voice.
"Come Love, I will take you."
Love felt so relieved that he even forgot to ask his name. Finally they arrived on dry land and parted ways.
Love asked Knowledge who it was.
"It was Time," Knowledge answered.
"But why did Time helped me?" Love asked.
Knowledge smiled and answered, "Because, only Time is capable of understanding how great Love is." |

Patricia: I thought you liked living overseas.
Patrick: I do, Ma. But I think each time someone says goodbye it’s a way of saying ‘yes’. Yes, you win. Yes, I give up. Yes, you’re right, I can’t change anything. I want to have that privilege to say ‘no’. And I can only say ‘no’ if I stick around. Does that make sense?
Patricia: Are you coming with me, Patrick? Yes or no?
Patrick: No, Ma.
