Time: 1.50AM Venue: Syed Alwi Rd Present: Azroy, Zulina, Razali & myself Activity: Packaging WR Pilot (Oh by the way, the PGE has just left about an hour ago. She's a workaholic too working till very late at night).
Azroy was happily snoring away when a call abrupted his nap. He's now outside talking to god-knows-who at 1 plus in the morning. Hhmm... Kimmy kot?! Zulina's currently "mengatal-ing" AKA flirting with the editor. Standard! Razali's re-cutting the pilot episode. And I'm multi-tasking as usual. Cutting my segment and updating my blog consecutively. Oh right now, Zulina's checking out her eyebrows and lamenting how oily her skin is. Again... Standard! Hehe!
Luckily there's NO filming tomorrow. However, I just remembered the tons of work to be done -- write concepts, scripts & many, many calls to be made!
Oh well... even though work never seem to end, I have a great team. The crew's GREAT! Cik Aziz & Isham accompanied us in our recce yesterday. So sweeeeeeeeeeet! They even offered to help us hunt for potential case studies! Where to find such crew?! Not many you know...
Abang Roy & Zulina are constant "kekek" companions so I've nothing to complain about.
But pay's sucky though... it's been a month and no pay yet!
Oh well.... back to editing.

FIX YOU |
In the midst of writing my scripts and surfing the net (multi-tasking baby!), I kept playing this song by Coldplay. Naik syiok pula dengar!
I guess this is the kind of song that kids nowadays would refer to as EMO? Hehehe! Correct me if I'm wrong ; )
Coldplay -- FIX YOU When you try your best, but you don't succeed When you get what you want, but not what you need When you feel so tired, but you can't sleep Stuck in reverse
When the tears come streaming down your face When you lose something you can't replace When you love someone, but it goes to waste Could it be worse?
Lights will guide you home And ignite your bones And I will try to fix you
High up above or down below When you too in love to let it go If you never try you'll never know Just what you're worth
Lights will guide you home And ignite your bones And I will try to fix you |

Make Believe |
Finally I can upload Fad's lyrics. THANK YOU FADLY! Gua caya sama lu beb! Here it goes...
Make Believe
How can you be so lonely In the night When you got him by your side
And how can you be so broken When it’s this heart That’s in pieces
Pre Chorus I am no knight in shining armor Riding no charming white steed when
Chorus You said it’s make believe How can love that’s been lasting for so long be unreal And now you’re gone You left me all alone in this what you called is make believe
How can my life be so full again When inside I’m so empty
I thought I saw it coming Don’t I realize That I am blind
Pre Chorus I dun see no unicorns grazing on the fields No pot of gold at the end of my rainbow
Chorus You said it’s make believe How can love that’s been lasting for so long be unreal And now you’re gone You left me all alone in this what you called is make believe |

First of all, Thank You to Ihsan for taking these lovely pixs.
The prawn that I was holding was Baq's.... I "borrowed" it as part of my prop for this pix. Tee Hee! Anyway my eyes looked tired coz I clocked more than 12 hours at work the day before and still had to work the following day. Luckily Ihsan invited us to Furama and we got FREE lunch! But it's back to work after Furama... Apa nak jadi dengan kita ni Zulina? Tsk... tsk... |

And she's just a cleaner... |
Actually I'm already nicely tucked in bed, thinking about work and just waiting to doze off when suddenly, I remembered something that was discussed in today's meeting and my fingers just itch to type it on my blog. So despite clocking more than 12 hours at work today, I woke up, switched on my pc and here I am typing away at 4 plus in the morning.
"Story of the cleaner who helped an old, sick lady..."
This is a real life story. There once lived an old lady who was sick and was unable to fend for herself. This lady lived by herself with no one to care for her. Then came along a cleaner who never failed to buy this sick old lady lunch and dinner. Every day before she went to work, she'll buy a packet of food, knocked on the sick lady's door and leave the packet of food at her gate and she will do the same thing everytime she knocked off from work. She'd buy dinner, knocked on the sick lady's door and leave the food at her gate and she did this every day until the sick old lady finally passed away.
How did I know this story? Coz the sick old lady told those who visited her of this cleaner's kindness.
I remembered Ustaz Rosli saying that nowadays, people are so much richer and smarter but does that also make them wiser? How often do we put aside some time to think of those who are less fortunate and do what little we can to help? Maybe all of us need to learn from the cleaner whose kind gesture ensure that a sick old lady didn't go hungry. May God bless the cleaner for her kindness and for the lesson that we can all learn from her. And mind you, she's just a cleaner. |
